Pass Form Data to Hook
This widget allows users to create form field without requiring a database field. The widget is based on the standard TextInput widget and works identical to it with the exception of the name attribute. The value in the name attribute is your form field name and not a database field. The widget is useful for passing data to hooks.
Incident Subject From Custom Menu
This widget populates the incident subject field from a custom incident menu field.
Live Chat Smart Assistant
This widget launches the smart assistant dialog after the user submits the Live Chat form.
Presenting the smart assistant reduces the number of agent chats received due to customer self service resolution.
